Our On The Rocks Station was created as a beautiful twist on traditional raw bar stations which tend to be set out on simple platters of ice. For this station, our Executive Chef and Creative Director joined forces to design a station which supported both hot and cold elements, centered around a glass and mirror theme. Raw items were presented on glass trays of ice, hot items were presented on hot rocks inside mirror containers, and sauces were presented in candelabras with bling bowls. Menu items included: Raw Bar items such as Stone Crabs, Cocktail Shrimp, Black Garlic Butter Sea Scallop on Half Shell, Cod Brandade with Roasted Tomato Ragù, Smoked Octopus on Caramelized Pineapple, and Salt and Pepper Calamari with Pickled Jalapenos.
Bling not your thing? The great thing about this concept is how simple it is to translate to the design of your unique event! Bright colors, slates and woods are all great alternatives to putting together a stunning and elevated Raw Bar display.
