Aletta & Alexander!

Talk about a tough crowd…..we’ve got an event professional for a bride, marrying a man who happens to be an incredible chef/foodie.  The family and friends all attended the top Hospitality Schools around the globe and have career resumes to match.  Of course their wedding experience had to be out of this world…because they had already seen it all!  And did I mention that they are all FSU alum while we happen to have soft spots for the Gators and Hurricanes? YIKES!

And yet it all played out perfectly!  From when we first met Aletta and Alex (and got past the petty collegiate rivalries, hahaha!), we knew that we were the perfect fit for such a well versed couple. It’s always nice to work with clients who have a clear vision of what they want and ask all the right questions.  From the unique and beautiful menu selections to the attention to every detail, their special day was both a joy and adventure to plan. We truly enjoyed this beautiful couple from the first hello to the last dance of the night!

Van Balderen Menu

It’s not a party without food!  Between the couple and the AJW team, we created a menu to truly entice the palate!  Their dinner selections were infused with a variety of tropical flavors, from the first course Caribbean Grilled Shrimp right on down to Filet and Snapper Duet Entree.

A special thank you to Jonathan Dann Photography for allowing us to share these beautiful photos with you!

We wish Aletta & Alex all our best and know that “the best is yet to come!!!”
